X.509 Certificate Decryption

January 11th, 2011, 21:50

Case scenario

disk was encrypted with X.509 Certificate based system ( Master & private key). Data files were copied on another media & disk was formatted. Now decryption is getting errors with both valid keys.
Any hint will be appreciated. Like EFS will formatted disk will be helpful?
thank you
