Hi
Two weeks ago my Hard disk stopped working. He tries to turn around a few seconds and then stops for a second and try again so he continues to repeat the operation.
Bios does not recognize it.
Is it possible this is a problem in the PCB or the Hard disk was destroyed?
sorry about the English, it's google translate...
Thank you all

You HDD is trying to read and you hear 3 clicks then it spins down, after it will repeat again this. That is a head problems with one or more heads on your drive. You can not fix this with a PCB exchange. You need to have someone who is professional that knows about the WD head and head alignment problems to help you out on this drive. If you do not need data then RMA this drive and go on.
