disk read error alt ctrl del to restart

dear my wd 750 gb did for 2nd time disk read error no partition is sshow ist time i change sata power connecter it work hard work for 7 days know again hard do this i check it on nore then 4 pc it show same error
but today i just check thrugh usb cable to check hard it does not open it
but i connect through pc it show all partiion no data is damaged
plz guide me that it is hard disk error or system error
it connect pc and hard snaps
power supply is infinity p4 400w simple i use connecter to connect sata

if your data is important backup it now.

if not try to download a tool from the supplier website and make a test to the disk.
