Cannot access my drive

i have two hard disk on my pc one of seagate and other of western digital.
from few days windows used to run chkdsk(chkdsk) on one of my drives. today i cancelled it and now i am not able to access one of my wd drive and its name is changed to local disk what to do now it contains very large sum of data

Possibility of bad sectors , hopefully logical. MFT dead. Get ur hands on logical recovery software like R-Studio, Recover My Files, Get Data Back, Easus , File Scavenger and use them to scan and after extract the info from your affected drive. Make sure you are extracting NOT on the same drive.
Without proper diagnostics there is always a chance that you will screw up and destroy the drive or that there are issues with it i am unaware of so proceed on ur own discretion. IT MAY BE DANGEROUS TO DATA.
