Power burn my harddisk diode, Please help me.....

Hello everybody, my harddisk is burn by power wrong way + and -.And I replace another harddisk`s diode is Repaird. But I Can't find the same diode in Taiwan. I want to ask that have same one or same funtion could be replace the diode. Thank you very much

They are identical parts.

"QA" is the marking code for a 5V TVS diode.

"850" and "944" are YWW (Year / Week) date codes, ie week 50 of 2008 and week 44 of 2009.
