Data recovery and disk repair questions and discussions related to old-fashioned SATA, SAS, SCSI, IDE, MFM hard drives - any type of storage device that has moving parts

Dear gurus,
I had an rsync set up for mirroring files from hdd A (~120GB) to hdd B (~160GB). Unfortunately it was set up so that files deleted from A were also deleted from B.
At one point it was discovered out that a dozen of important files, about 12MB each, had been deleted from A about one month ago due to lack of space on A. Which means that these files also had been deleted from B. Some new files were copied to A and rsynced to B after that. So since A was full, the deleted files were overwritten by the new files for sure. There is still a chance that the deleted files on B were not overwritten and may be recovered.
Questions:
1) What is the best strategy to recover the deleted files on B.
2) Can you recommend any reputable businesses in Chicago area or in the US which could help recovering the files.
Thank you,
Rsync
