I have a Lacie d2 quadra drive that I am trying to fix. The drive mounts on the desktop of my iMac and it shows that there is only 136.21 GB left on the drive. However when I use the "Get Info" function in Finder there is no data showing. Disk Utilities says it can't unmount disk when I try to repair the disk. Using Disk Warrior I get the following message "The disk is still in use. Quit all other applications, or restart from the the DiskWarrior disc, and then try rebuild again. If you report this error. please mention the error code (2153, 4903)." Any idea of what steps I can take to rebuild the drive?

One or more drives is failing.
Image each drive properly and rebuild.

Yesterday I tried to eject the drive and then used force eject. Now I get the message "The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer". Does this mean that the drive is finished?
