Hello,
I am on the lookout for the PCB for the hard disk samsung HD503HI, the PCB's model is BF41-00263A 02. The HDD to start does 3 or 4 small symptoms and next stops. The BIOS does not recognize it. Somebody can tell me where to get it?
Thanks and a greeting

What steps have you taken to troubleshoot the PCB?

Okay, there was a tensile peak at home, and the hdd came to a sudden stop. The hdd is installed in an external IOmega. I have tried the box with another hdd and it works. I have installed the samsung in the PC and the BIOS does not recognize it. I have read in the following link that the resistance to tensile peaks of this hdd is at very limited and that the PCB's change can solve it:

You must also match the firmware (FW) version on the label.

I understand what you're saying, but I imagine that when I get the boot disk, I may be able to update the firmware if necessary. For now, I need to know is where to get purchase the PCB. By the time I found this website where they sell some models, but it is not. I have written to tell me if you can get. Not yet been answered.
