7200.11 Heads swap problem

Hello

We have problem with transplanting heads on 7200.11

we have donor
- same firmware
- same country
- same model

but the disk is not ok after swaping heads
a strange noises come from hdd

what's the problem?

Same problem we had with other ones

What is wrong with original heads?
Where is terminal output?

Preamplifier was bad.

Why doesnt work transplantating heads on 7200.11,
as i mentioned same donor.

Probably it is not spinning enough fast.

What kind of noises? What says terminal?

sound like trrrrrrrrrr

did you have success with changing heads on 7200.11
?

The original heads sounds, like repeated calibration, maybe one head is damaged\

but with new heads we get no sounds like before at all.
