model ST98823AS Momentus 5400.2
Its Password protected. can someone guide me how can i remove the password

Hi, if you have a legal copy of pc3000 you can read it in the manual.

Yah UDMA should have a script for you on this one and if not there like Mr Spokk said the answer in the manual of ACE to do this one.

Rewrite stuff with one from not locked, but same model and capacity.
The thing that bother me is the error you got after reset. You should take proper action to get around it if you need the data.
P.s. Why you select family Venus, as your drive is MERC2?
