hye everyone,,,
I would like to ask for some help from anybody here.
last 2days, I connected my xternal hdd to a PC using USB for both power supply and conection cable, then suddenly a message came out "windows write delayed", then after that i can't accsess that hdd anymore.
but when I open computer management, the hdd is still available...but it can't be viewed in My Computer.
when I checked it in computer management tabs, the hdd is labeled as unallocated.
the disk is still spinning when I power it up,, but very slowly. for information, the hdd never fall off before and it is just aged about 8months. do anyone know how I can back up all the impotant data in the hdd? before i go for warranty claim.
all my documents and thesis copies are in there. Thanks,,,,,,,,

Just try to open your drive with every alternative software.
