I noticed that you use this method too often... Must be an habit  .... please notice that sometimes, when needed, you have to move platter pack to a good chassis!
Easier to say than do, anyway :(
P.S. are you really sure the motor is seized ?

well i am not sure - tomorrow i will enter cleanroom and check it out.

last drive, 7200.11, needed a special platter swap ( i have SD'tools, and do not allow me the work  )
this drive instead do not need a special platter swap, so i am wating the donor, until than ,i can only be patient and wait.

one thing that i'm asking myself: once i will loose the alignment of the platters, another DR company can still recover the data?

Yes but if originally the cost was "x" , then it will cost an arm and a leg ! (assuming it can be done and in a reasonable amount of time)

could you be nice and explain the reason/reasons it will increase the cost of data recovery?

Semplice : quanti sanno come risolverlo e cosa serve ?
Simple : how many people know how to do it and what is needed ? These things are damn expensive - can't give more details.
