Hi,
2 questions: what happened before head swap? Have you tried to close the lid and power up the drive to check if heads move?

Hi, the hdd had 1 of the 2 heads crashed ( inspected into the clean bench )
Yes i tried to close the lid, but same result.

Are you sure there's nothing wrong bellow the magnet preventing the heads to move?
Have you inserted PCB screws?

Hi, it is possible moving by finger the arm, and i checked twice the pcb board.
uhm..any other idea? if not i will try to put back the HSA to the donor to see if it works correctly.

Well, that could be an option.
I've seen several situations in which heads didn't move, since missing PCB screws, bad PCB, bad pre-amp, etc.

i swapped back, the arm doesn't move even in the donor, so it's sure it's demaged.

So, there are 2 options. Or your PCB is killing your preamp or you damaged it while replacing it.
