HDD HP SAS 300GB model available without capacity,why?

I have three brand HP 300GB SAS hard drive on HP servers, using system RAID 5, - first disk detected in Card SAS nice, but the second and third hard drive into O bytes read .... I'm confused, how do I fix the first and second hard drive. ..? Please help, Leo. Jakarta

Hi,

Your drive has a FW problem most likely, as it was very common with Seagate SCSI drives.
You need some special tools or commands to fix that issue.
If you don't have them you should contact a pro to do it.
