Seagate Cheetah SCSII ST373307LW How do you replace the head

Does anybody know how to replace the heads on a Seagate Cheetah SCSII ST373307LW?
The lower head bumps into the casting before it clears the platter.

They are a bit different from regular drives, but it's possible to get heads off without damaging them.
