it was working til i had to reset the device cuz i did nt know the user name and password of each folder so the people from iomega said it should delete any file so i install the software that comes with it to do this job.
After that i could access to the nas but no files were found.
The weird thing was that the nas was reading or writing the hdd for a long while when the software was doing the process the thing is that the software did nt tell me that i was gonna loose all the data at all.
now i tried with getdataback (ntfs) and nothing i got all the files and folders but every file i open it is corrupted.
now i m trying to recovery the files with recovery data (for ext3 linux version) and also i tried with Stellar Phoenix Linux Data Recovery Software but it has some bug or something cuz it start working for few minutes and it show an error and close ( tried in windows xp and win 7 )
ANy idea what can i do?
thank you in advance for any suggestion

belive it or not, i just recovered on of these iostors, last week, it was a mirror configuration , * both drives had head problems,,,,any way i was able to get to it using testdisk, & was able to undelete most the files, also try R-linux, i used both for recovering off of that mirror set.
