Anyone know if 7200.12 series has got flash rom on pcb?
the original pcb is burnt.

get ur self a donor pcb
2nd. as one of my close friends (seagate expert) told me once, Follow the White Rabbit..
you should find 2 identical chips in ur pcb, one of them is the ROM, need to find it ur self
and move it to donor PCB

I would imagine that the chip I've circled is the one you need to swap. Perhaps someone else can confirm.

just to confirm dont they normally start with 25?
Think I remember reading that here somewhere.

Circled chip starts with 25, you can see if you zoom into the image.
