Seagate 500 GB 2.5" Usb problem

Hi All,

I have Seagate 500 GB 2.5" expansion portable drive, it has a problem.Problem is when i plug usb disk led and disk spin voice working but pc didnt recognize Usb, i changed usb cable but i have same problem again.

Before anything, please listen very carefully to the drive and try to check the sounds of it after spinning and let us know.

I listened hdd sounds and its look like "Seagate desktop drive with failing heads making thrashing, then clicking sound."

I think i must use warranty service
