http://i.imgur.com/i3dE7.jpgI've been doing some quick digging for these and ST micro doesnt list these items.
Does anyone recognize them as the circuit board i have is shorted out and i was going to remove them.
I would rather for a second set of eyes before i remove it.
thx

BUX marking = 12V TVS diode
AE marking = 5V TVS diode
See my notes:
http://www.users.on.net/~fzabkar/HDD/TVS_diodes.txt"621" and "617" are YWW (Year / Week) date codes.
"e3" (?) is an RoHS marking indicating the part's lead-free composition.
