I have recovered the deleted files from my hard disk but

The most of the recovered data are songs and winrar files. some play good and some files seem to have glitches. some winrar when opened give the damaged error.

there are thousands of files here. is there any software which scans and automatically deletes damaged files ???

First of all, before anyone can point you in any direction, you have to explain what happened to your drive and how did you recover anything.

I had accidently deleted the partition and i recovered my files using partition recovery software.

Now i have saved the files in other drive. some of the recovered files seem to be damaged. there are thousands of them. so is there any tool which can tell me which file is corrupted and which one is intact.

After you accidentally deleted the partition, what have you done? Nothing?
If you have copied data into the new partition, what you get is normal, as some data is already overwritten.
