Freecom XXS identification number

Wish to identify which model of Freecom XXS uses this type of PCB.
I have another Freecom XXS 500GB model # 31454 with different PCB, than photo.

Please help, I have lost the tag with number and I need a PCB replacement.

That looks like a Samsung HM500JX to me or very similar.
