There was a thread here fairly recently that covers your question, I can't remember the name of it in order to search for it though. Try searching the forum and see what you find.

Hi. Try using Dmde. Its free and will give you those details.

It's nowhere near as useful as DMDE, but Microsoft has a tool called NFI.EXE.
