stm demaged at head # 2

got a STM3500320AS with head crash # 2 - others heads look pretty good.
after HSA replacment the drive make this noises and after a while stop spindle motor and show ready but not ID's.
Not sure new HSA was gone, i tryed to put back to donor and the donor was ready and OK.
i post the noise here, in terminal mode i do not get data.

Model,fw,p/n, site code of donor are identical.
