maxtor 52049h3 pcb damaged swap pcb's?

I've got a damaged old Maxtor [20gb] but important data.

Maxtor 52049h3 with pcb JAC61HUO

some parts of the pcb are obviously broken and i wondered if i get a drive like it can I swap the pcb's. [see photo]

apart from that i wonder if i can replace the small electronic bits that are gone..to give the current pcb another try?
