Help MK4025GAS PCB replace

Hi all, tell me please, there are two such drives 2,5 "HDD Toshiba MK4025GAS, first is working but have to many bad sectors, and the second not detected in the BIOS, also MHDD or Victoria can not see it, is the idea to change the electronics, and here are the questions - what i'm need to resolder that would change the PCB? only EEPROM IC12 or FLASH IC21 also resplace? thanx in advance to all! I will be happy with any substantive advice on this issue ....
