Any number of reallocated sectors is a concern, as it
might be an early warning of the start of a problem. However with just one set of raw SMART data from HDD Sentinel that you've given, we don't know if those 9 reallocated sectors were reallocated ages ago (and the drive has been stable since then), or if this number has been creeping-up over the past few days. The prognosis in those two situations tends to be different, for example. What historical SMART data do you have, if any?
As always, you can't guarantee to predict when a disk will deteriorate, nor whether you will get much warning or not. What proactive actions you choose to take also depend on your attitude to risk, and how much it would inconvenience you if the disk failed unexpectedly etc. etc. Just make sure you have current, verified backups of everything that is on that disk (OS & data) using one of the available software packages, and then if the disk does deteriorate, it'll be less of a crisis.
