I have hardisk that 1 of ic in pcb board is burn maybe it is because a power supply is unnormaly...
can I change ic with another hardisk?

If the preamplifier chip on the head stack survived - then yes. You should be able to get a donor board in , move the rom and retreive the data.

Agree, in moving the ROM to donor
i guess those images been taken by Mobile CAM maybe,, quality is so bad

so i must get same type hadrdisk and change the boards...
so i cannot only change the ic?
