HDD shuts down power supply unit

I have one problem with Maxtor 160GB. Computer can't start with it, but start without HDD. When I turn it on, power downs after 1 second. Short circuit?

I need to recover information on it, it's very important

Post pics of the PCB both sides. Could be a Diode thats shorting?
