problem with WD10TMVV

In windows the device can be detected. but there is no information about the disk. when plugged the driver spins up with some clicks, then soon stops spinning. I think there is no fault with the USB bridge controller.

I am sure heads are bad also.

Heads are bad (as others stated).
Consult a PRO.
