Got the above referenced drive in for recovery. Previous DR company diagnosed media damage, but did not open the lid. The drive came out of an Apple laptop. Clicks on power up and stays spinning/clicking.
Tried PCB swap - no dice and drive still clicks. Tried switching heads; donor heads did not work on patient. Put donor heads back in donor and it works fine. I was going to try the patient heads in the donor drive next to see if I do have some sort of media damage or a heads compatibility issue.

Is there another set of numbers I need to match on these guys? As always, thanks in advance!
