samsung hm160hx recovery

September 13th, 2011, 19:43

i have a client requiring a data recovery from a samsung hm160hx drive. usb port got torn off and before it got to us someone had a go at soldering it back on, and didnt do a great job it would appear. pcb is dead.

its currently down at another UK data recovery house that i use frequently and they have so far been unable to get hold of a replacement pcb. would anyone one here be able to supply one or repair it in some way.

unfortunatly i dont actually have drive here so cant give you any further info on drive or pcb model. obviously willing to pay!

thanks

Any legit data recovery company should be able to find necessary parts in short period of time, unless they have no idea what to look for....

I would recommend pcimage, he will help out very quickly.
