My Ipod Classic fell down, and now zif hdd is like...dead!:(

Hello,
is anyone able to attempt a factory repair on a 120gb zif drive, which was inside an ipod classic?
It fell down the other day, I tried to turn it on but I could hear only some mechanical clicks, then it shut off completely and now the drive emits no sounds at all.
I dont care about the songs anymore, so I dont wanna recover anything... but I would like to make it usable again.. if possible
if yes, how much would be the cost, and who can do/try something like this?

To me it is FUBAR. If it was normal wear and tear maybe I could give it a shot and squeeze out some more life, but according to the symptom it is a lost cause and life expectancy is unpredictable tending to zero. A replacement ZIF drive , pulled / refurbished, should be cheap.
