Maxtor OneTouch 4 Mini

September 21st, 2011, 13:33

I'm thinking there's a part loose or something, but my OneTouch 4 Mini has a strange problem: It makes the telltale sound of bad heads when right-side-up, and works just fine when up-side-down. Any suggestions? Can I replace the internal drive since warranty isn't an issue?

Thanks,
Ben
