I have WD1600BEVS LBA 312581808 160GB Hdd and it gives error sound to me "wd laptop stuck siren error.mp3"
How can i recovery my hdd and get back my datas.

If you don't have experience in data recovery, what seems to be the case, I think your best option to "see" your data again is to go request a quote to a DR company.
