How to identify physical hdd with drive letter

I'm getting a lot of cluster errors on my letter C drive, but I have two 320gb hdd. How do I figure out which drive is the problem ?

I have an Acer Aspire 8920 laptop, which I believe uses sata hdd.

Remove one and if your laptop won't boot its a C drive.

Yes but that worried me, that the Bios might try to adapt, and hence corrupt the settings

Well I took the plunge and swapped out the old drive. The new hdd is up and running.
