Harddisk not availible

Hi guys,

maybe some possible important informations at first
Mainboard: Asus P6T6 WS Revolution
Harddisk: Western Digital Caviar Black, 7200rpm, 64MB, 750GB, SATA-3 (WD7502AAEX)
System: Windows 7 Ult. 64Bit

The harddisk written above isnt availble at "My Computer" but i can see it in the bios. I also tried it with updating bios, but it also couldn't help me.
Beside the Western Digital Harddisk I'm using 2 other HDs with no problems.

Can you please help me with a solution or an advice?

More info is really required ie:

Does Disk Management show the drive? if so take a screen shot & upload it.
Can you feel it spinning up?
Are their any clicking noises?
Does it initialise? try MHDD boot cd

disconnect all ur drives and try 1 by 1
see which one is the faulty/none working one

better if tested on another pc

Is been a bit but i was not at home during this time so sorry me...

Now... I see it at Disk Management (http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/94/harddisk.png/), i also see it in the bios, and to be honest i cant get a feeling about getting it spinned up, because i have 6 fan nad 2cd-roms and 2 other harddisks ^^

As suggested above, it is really important to remove all drives from your pc and if possible connect them to another pc and/or via usb or something like that.

Get that WD 750GB (you have another 750GB, Seagate) and connect to see if it detects and if accessible.
The screenshot you shared is your DEVICE manager, not DISK management.
The fact that your device manager shows correct model is a good thing. Does it show normally on DISK Management too? If yes, what happens when you choose to explore disk there?

Ok i could get it done, i just had to give it a section... i got it on z:// now and it works now, but its really hard to understand... its 750gb and it had some backups from my older system which i never could do by myself because i didnt saw it on "my computer"
