It shows ID of ST_M13FQBL also?

Problem is likely physical if you can hear clicking sounds. I guess after clicking stops HDD motor powers off too?

Firstly, proper diagnosis is needed to determine the exact problem. If physical repairs are needed, you should consult a professional. these are not 'easy' disks to work on and having a spare does not mean you have a suitable donor. There are factors such as heads compatibility that should be considered

Could it be also the problem of head that its not detecting the track 0 and sends a signal not detecting and stops the motor spinning(the motor also stops spinning after 11 clicks )

Have you done a head test?

SA is not read. Head change was unsuccessful, or else the problem is elsewhere.

Unfortunately I think is impossible to offer any further advice. If you still need data send to a professional.

I have the exact same issue with a Seagate ST31500341AS. Did you manage to recover any data from your drive?
Thanks.
