Deep Spar ERROR: Traversing: StartLBA >= EndLBA

Hey all,
I have a 2.5" WD that I can power up and recognise on the DDI showing all the Model, S/No etc correctly but shows 0 LBA's. I've tried to reset the HPA as I have done in the past but this option is greyed out in the DDI options with this HDD
It makes no noises and all else seems ok other than the 0 LBA. Has anyone had this issue and if so where you able to resolve it or at least diagnose the problem?
