What setup do you have for ddi

November 12th, 2011, 16:06

Hi,

Im about to place an order for a ddi. Firstly is the forensics version worth the extra? Ie is it slower than the ddi? Will it help on the usb pcb drives? Pros & cons. All comments welcome.

I was leaning towards the none forensics version of the ddi & was wondering what kit you run yours on? Ie motherboard, amount of ram, cpu, psu etc. i remember reading something about it running better on nvidia chipset?

Thanks

Loki

DDI is a stand alone solution. No chipsets or motherboards!

The forensics version is but the normal version requires a motherboard etc.

normal version you need a computer with a PCIe Port, since it comes with a Jmicron Card.
