I had earlier written in here if there are any companies who could do data recovery from scratched platters here in Dubai. Till now there is no response and now after long period and the pace that technology is advancing I hope I could find a positive answer. I need a company who can do this here in Dubai.

Take into account that some kind of media damage is impossible to recover regardless of technology due to practical and technical reasons.
What kind of "scratch" are you talking about and what is the brand / model ?
