I'm using an Atola Insight and trying to image the drive. When I begin the drive spins up fine and identifies. after about 5 minutes of imaging it quits and then it fails to re-identify. Any ideas?

Here is an update. After connecting to the terminal THis is all I get:
Interface task reset
4096k x 16 SDRAM
TONKA2 - 1_Disk M-31 03-22-06 10:53
Buzz - Head Mask FFFF - Switch to full int.
Spin Ready
(P)PATA Reset
DiskAccess ReadSector EC=43 at ffffffff.00.0002
Master
I know that usually Head Mask FFFF means head problems but I just want to make sure. It hangs at Master...
Thanks in advance

You have a firmware problem then.

I am curious, what does the Insight diagnostic show?

Insight Diagnostics show it is the firmware. All the tests complete successfully until the firmware test.
That is when it IDs. After it runs for about 5 min it doesn't ID again until it sits for about 30 min.
