I need a PCB for a DIAMONDMAX 21, and i've found this chinese vendor who says he has a comparable PCB ( for 50 $), but once shipped to me i will have to remove then resolder the BIOS chip with the one from my defective PCB.

You should be able to get the same PCB (bare) for US$40, or US$50 including a firmware transfer:
