Toshiba MK3265GSX Problem

Hi people,

I have this HDD Toshiba MK3265GSX that have been with the heads damaged.
I changed the heads, and now the drive read the initial parameters and i can save de CP modules in PC3000, but i don't have acess to the sectors.
I select the family manualy into the utility 59GSX (because PC3000 doesn't have the last one) and i got the following log:

ATTENTION!
HDD Is currently locked.
You may use command "Work with service area" / "Password removal" to unlock the HDD.

Password removal
HDD is unavalabled, doesn`t support password, set in Frozen or Locked Mode (TON;(bit3);(bit5);BBK) 51 / AA
Executing Standby command
Ok

However i reset the password but when i go out, turn off/on i got the same log.
Does any one knows why this happens?
