Hello,
I have bought a DELL R 210 II rack server. And installed Windws 2008 Server Std. Ed. R2. It has PERC H200 6Gbps SAS RAID card, and two SAS HDs.
I wish to see SMART data, but couldn't. Tried with HDD Scan, too.
Is there a chance to get smart data from raid topologies ?

The answer depends on the specific RAID card (or "family" of cards).
There is no
standard way for getting SMART data from disks attached to RAID cards. Some RAID card manufacturers have an API to allow software to get the SMART status, but that API is not always publically available.
A while ago, I read that Dell have a management tool to monitor SMART status of disks attached to these cards. You could also check "smartmontools", since other Dell PERC cards (though not that specific model number) are listed as supported, so the same API may exist in your card:
