Hi everyone! I've got troubles with my Hitachi S543225A7A384 (I've done wrong connections wia USB - simly mixed up the black and red red wires) so I think I need to find new PCB. Can anyone explain me how should I check the compatibility between HDDs?
Here is some pictures.
1. Label on the top of HDD

2. Label on the top of PCB

3. Rear of the PCB (with chip's numbers)

Which of this labels contains information about the firmware version?
Is this right, that I need to find the same PCB and then change only the small 8pin-chip to solve the problem? I mean to make it possible to copy the data from this HDD. Or there is some another troubles?
Thank you.

If it is just a board issue, then match the first two lines on the white label on the PCB and then swap the 8-pin chip you labeled as 25U406C to the donor board.
Good Luck

If you zoom up the area around the SATA power connector, there could be a fuse and TVS diode. If so, then removing the diode and/or bridging the fuse may be all that is necessary, if you are lucky.

Ok, thank you all. I'm waiting for donor plate now.

I'll show you the fuse and diode (if they exist) if you show me a zoomed up image of the requested area.
