January 2nd, 2012, 9:22

** 7200.11 1500GB ** (ST31500341AS)

Received that drive that falled down and motor was seized, so i went into spindle replacment
now the motor spin free, but the drive is not responding, try a head swap and all i got is :

Rst 0x20M

than nothing ( heads still try to do domething but no terminal messages )

by isolation the pcb do NOT give me ctrl+Z ready. ( i try also on another drive same model and also there does not give ctrl+Z ready)

Maybe alignment issue. How did you free up motor? Does the drive click?
