Seems that cannot read anything, so I would go for heads.
Have you tried hotswap?

This drive was part of a lot of donnors i bought. I don't have the tools to access the mc nor do i have a matching donnor. Blackst, could you give a little hint, just for my personnal knowledge :D ?
