A lot of guys contact us with same question.
This is something new
We have made tools for wd with ramp's .
So You do not need to use unstick to remove heads. Just smaller head replacement tools.
It is all in video and animation, just a minute of time to wach.
Thanks all

Any chance of manufacturing a
set of the smaller head replacement tools for sale that fit the most common drives that have parking ramps that we can purchase without the larger unstick tool.....
Nice work as usual Nikola / Goran...

Heya Nicola. I just looked through the animation for head unstuck tool. Have a question. In my experience the extra smooth sliders and extra smooth platters create sticktion so severe that the heads just dont lift when the force is applied directly up... If they do lift - the slider stays at the platter with the wire holding it stretched like accordion.

Depends because You have never been able to move them up so precise.
Future will show. Once we had a head that was stuck so hard that we could not remove it . Like it was welded.
It helps in most of cases.
Ideas are welcomed
