Seagate Momentus 7200.4

I have taken this drive out of an old laptop and would like to access the files and use then use it as a portable hard drive in the future. Is it possible to connect this hard drive to my new laptop with a USB cable and if so what do I need to buy?

Any 2.5" USB SATA caddy should do it, about a fiver online :-)
