This hard drive has stopped working properly and I may try replacing the pcb first, if don't work i must change the heads.

to replace the PCB, and make sure it's compatible, which codes identify the same firmware?

You need proper way to determine problem and random swaping of pcb and heads will not do this one. BlackST is in Italy and he is one good guru on samsung contact him by PM for his help on this one and to send him the HDD for repair. You best chance on this one sorry can not do this one on your own.
